the location is near the train station, and i found a food court close by. i also noticed bikes available for hire directly at the hotel.
the payment machine had an issue, and it charged me incorrectly. i received a refund, but the bank charges were not covered.

the location was convenient. i could walk to the central station in about ten minutes (helpful for early morning trains). the internet access was reliable and consistent, which let me stay connected. the staff was also generally helpful and available at the front desk.
I found the walls to be a bit thin. Noise from adjacent rooms was sometimes noticeable.

the location WAS convenient, being near the central station.
The room, a standard room, was smaller than I thought. No kettle WAS available, a MAJOR inconvenience. the soundproofing WASN'T great. I could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway.

The room was compact and neat.
Upon arrival, I found out room cleaning only happens if requested. Otherwise, it doesn't occur. There was also no kettle or complimentary water provided, and if you desire anything, you have to pay for it. The rooms are small and basic. It is not really value for money.
